Sundowners Calmed

Sweetie and daughter at grandson's Bootcamp Graduation.

Hi there, this is me again. What a difference a day makes. I was determined to make an effort to get Sweetie back to somewhat of normal behavior. I got lulled by her none sundowners behavior because that doesn't mean it isn't there or it isn't getting ready to start up. Starting in the morning and through out the day, I was giving her a dose of CBD every 2-3 hours. She was a different person all day long.

We went to our Walmart Store to get a couple of things. When we arrived, there was a line outside the store. It seems that they are only a small number of people in the store and are practicing Social Distancing outside the door while waiting in line. That was something that I wasn't going to put Sweetie through anything like that. She would not stand there very long and who knows what would of happened. So we went to our Walmart Local grocery store and walked right in.

What I have done with Sweetie's CBD is to move it close to me to keep it at arms distance. One of the reasons for my lack of timing is, we would have to go to where the Oil was. That put Sweetie in a defensive mode and she would resist it. I found by keeping it close, I can just reach over, load up the dropper and administer it to her.

Yesterday, she was back to being herself. Sweet and loving. Oh, the neighbor with the dogs came over in the morning, checking up on us. Got some history about his dog, and an offer to shop for us. Nice guy.

Speaking of Nice guy, that Driver sure is one. We had such a nice drive yesterday, avoiding all the pot holes and traffic. Sure would like a day like that again. I never know which road He will take, as we drive down the Road to Dementia Town. A daily excursion into the unknown. There are somethings that I do know, one, Driver is in charge. Second, He will always get me home no matter what. Third, there will be Easter Eggs on that daily journey and it is up to me to find them. Found many yesterday, as we went, Keeping our Shiny Side Up. I hope you had a nice trip yesterday as you drove Keeping your Shiny Side Up. Gotta go, see you tomorrow, Love Ya, God Bless.
