Hers and mine.
I hurt! I don't know what I did, but I hurt. It is my left hip. The other night, I felt this pain, and thought to myself, what did I do? I was able to find a position to sleep in, as to not cause as much pain as to keep me awake.
Then in the morning, I still hurt, and the pain was getting more intense. It went from about a 3 to 5. I have a high degree of tolerance, so I hobbled around.
With the snow on the ground, we weren't going anywhere anyway, so I popped Ibuprofen to keep the pain down. I can walk short distances, or stand for a short time, before the pain starts radiating out from my hip.
For the past two days, I've been using heat and cold as therophry to help. It has helped quite abit. As of this writing, I can tell you that the pain is getting less now. I'm hoping that tonight I will be able to get a good nights sleep.
Saturday
It is time to get her up. I'm feeling lazy this morning, and I really don't want to get her up. There isn't any reason to get her out of bed, and then again, if I don't, she will stay in her wet pull-ups all day. If I allow that to happen, the next thing would be what, a diaper rash? I have enough problems with her potty routine, and that wouldn't help any.
I am pleasantly surprised that she is so willing this morning. She comes out without any fighting to stay there. And she is smiling.
At the breakfast table, she is having some difficulty with her spoon, it is upside down. I have to be careful here. If I take it away from her and show her the right way, she can get mad and head for her nest.
I'm lucky, and she turns it over and eats. There are times when I have to help her with a spoonful to get her going, and then she will eat the rest.
Breakfast done, do the dishes, and sit down. I find relief from my hip pain when I sit, and with this in mind, I get Sweetie to join me as quickly as I can.
We have a good day, with her moving to her nest for a nap, and me watching TV.
That is the order of the day. Until dinner time. Got a piece of steak out for dinner. Not sure on what to do with it.
Ended up cutting the steak into small pieces, cook with some celery, pineapple, and mixed viggies, added some small shell pasta, with Terriockie sauce, and Wah La, dinner. Simple, tasty, and easy to eat. Going to remember this for I'm sure it will work for the pork and chicken I have in the freezer.
After spending the day watching Despicable Me, and Despicable Me2, we ended the day watching Sabrina. We laughed, we cried, and we cheered at the ending. Then it was to bed.
Sweetie didn't settle down right off the bat, and I was struggling with finding a less painful way to lay and get some sleep. Yet, at sometime in the night, I was able to get to sleep, and I enjoyed the rest.
Because we didn't have any plans fro the day, Driver just kept in the middle lane, on the Road to Dementia Town this day. No big swerves out of our lane, for we didn't need any lane changes this day. We were able to Keep Our Shiny Side Up most of the day. C'ya, Luv Ya, and God Bless. Arthur.
