We went to play golf, like normal, and the course was very busy. I was waiting for our cart, when Sweetie went down. She just fainted. We have had this happen before but it usually happens when she has been active for a period of time. I think it was caused by us standing around. We didn't sit anywhere and the standing was just too much for her.
When she went down at the golf course, it was scary. As she laid on the ground, I almost called 911, her eyes were fixed, and barely breathing. When she came around, got her into a waiting cart and off the car and home.
When I got her home, I put her to bed. I knew she needed to be changed, but rest was more important and she wasn't in any condition to help me help her. So, I let her sleep. And sleep she did. Most of the day, she slept, and when she woke up, she soon went back to bed.
I think I'm going to make an appointment for her to see what is going on. I think she gets dehydrated and yet yesterday she just went down. New stage of Dementia? Not sure. As for now, I'll just keep her well hydrated at all times.
That is just about it for now. I'm looking forward to being alone with my Driver today. I need to head for the oasis for refreshment. I don't normally tell Driver where to go, this time I think He already knows, and has it on the way today. I maybe low now, later will be better as we travel this Road to Dementia Town, Keeping our Shiny Side Up. It doesn't matter how you feel when you start you day, if you remember to Keep your Shiny Side Up, it will be OK. Love You, Keep Smiling, God Bless.
